High School Application & Financial Aid Workshop - Racine

Directions: Driving Directions from I-94: Exit on Hwy 20 (Washington Avenue) East - follow all the way in towards Lake Michigan (Highway 20 will turn into 7th Street). Turn right (South) on Main Street. Turn left (East) on Eleventh Street which becomes Pershing Drive as it loops around the Gateway Campus. Turn left (West) onto Gateway Circle and then right to Parking Lot D. Parking Lot C is located to the south of the Racine Building and is also accessible for parking. Ready to complete your application? Come to a High School Application  & Financial Aid Workshop held on the Racine campus to find out more about program opportunities and receive assistance with your admission steps. You will also learn about scholarship opportunities, the STEM Scholars Pathway and Gateway's tuition-FREE Promise Program, and how to qualify! 

We're here to help! We will have New Student Specialists on hand to assist with any application questions and help you complete your application for admissions. A Student Finance Specialist will also be available to assist with questions about payment options and the FREE Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). 

**Parents AND students are invited to attend!**

Check-in will be in the Student Services Center at the Racine campus.

You will need the following items to complete your 2023-2024 FAFSA (Summer 2023, Fall 2023 & Spring 2024). If you are considered a dependent student for financial aid purposes, you will also need these items for your parent(s).

  • 2021 Federal Tax Return and W2s.
  • 2021 Untaxed Income Records, such as child support or veteran’s non-education benefits
  • Information on savings, investments, business assets and farm assets (if applicable)
  • Driver’s License (if you have one)
  • Social Security Number
  • Alien Registration Card or Permanent Resident Card (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
  • Date of birth for parents
  • Month and year of parents’ marriage, divorce, or separation
  • FSA ID and password if you already have one
